A citizen of any country can apply for Turkish citizenship. There are no country restrictions.
A property purchase transaction is conducted in dollars, euros or British pounds and must be equivalent to (or exceed) the amount of US$400,000. Further, for the transaction to be recognized for naturalization purposes, the currency is converted into Turkish lira via a special procedure at the rate of the Central Bank of Turkey on the day of purchase.

If you are applying for Turkish citizenship by investment, the Turkish state does not require you to renounce your citizenship, that is, you retain your existing citizenship and additionally obtain Turkish citizenship.
Together with the applicant, their spouse as well as children under 18 years of age can apply for Turkish citizenship. Adult children, grandparents and other relatives cannot benefit from this opportunity.
Turkish citizenship obtained through an investment program is no different from citizenship acquired by birth or otherwise. The only condition is that you must keep the ownership of the respective property for 3 years from the date of purchase. Once this period is over, the property can be sold, with citizenship and high income retained.
